- A relevant course of study in design, or a comparable vocational training (interaction, communication, graphic arts
- Several years of job experience in a design environment, ideally already as a UX/UI freelancer
- Outstanding creativity and a particular feel for extraordinary user experience
- High degree of self-motivation and perseverance in order to drive the planned project forward
- Independent and cooperative working in a team
- Very good spoken and written proficiency in German and/or English to be able to cooperate with our international teams
- Good knowledge of design processes and design methodologies should not be foreign concepts for you
- Curiosity and the willingness to learn
